The Channel is Operated by Dr. Archana Suyal mother of retired Naval Officer, Lieutenant Purushark Suyal.

The Officer has taken Pre Mature Retirement after spending more than 9 years in the Naval Environment and 5+ years of active commissioned Service to the country.
The Officer is equivalent to 90th Indian Naval Academy Course/128- NDA and is currently settled in his home state Uttarakhand.
