Living Heritage and Sustainable Technologies

The LiVeHeritage-Tech Lab conducts applied research, impact assessment and specialised technical support in the fields of cultural heritage sustainability, regulatory frameworks, ethics and governance, and intangible cultural heritage. Its work focuses on decision-making, strategic planning and the public and private management of cultural heritage, providing conceptual frameworks, methodologies, technical criteria and assessment tools to support public policies, administrative processes, cultural projects, responsible innovation and territorial development strategies. Through the preparation of studies, reports, plans and strategies for public authorities, companies, cultural organisations and local stakeholders, the Lab promotes the integration of cultural and living heritage into management models, social activation processes, sustainable cultural tourism and innovation, in line with principles of cultural, social and environmental sustainability.
