#LETSGOCHAMP

From school rooms to corporate offices, locker rooms to weight-loss clinics, and birthing classes to military bases... "LET'S GO CHAMP!" is a universal slogan for personal and group empowerment.
First coined as a motivational workout mantra by two-time heavyweight champion Shannon Briggs, "LET'S GO CHAMP!" has turned into an internet catchphrase used by both athletes and non-athletes.

Used as a visualization technique, "LET'S GO CHAMP!" can counteract challenges in work and life. Shannon is a firm believer in pushing back on such challenges, coming from a hard Brooklyn upbringing and fighting a lifelong battle with severe asthma.

Empowering adults or children to find their inner champion is a strategy for success that can have multidimensional uses and possibilities.
