Lazybones to 5k

Welcome to Lazybones to 5k.

I’m a certified couch potato on a top-secret mission: going from the settee to crossing the finish line at Sentrumsløpet 5K in Oslo.

My baseline? Before this September, the last time I jogged was June 2012 on a hotel treadmill, and last proper running was over 20 years ago. So, I'm starting from scratch.

Follow my honest, sweaty, and anonymous journey from the couch to the streets of Oslo. Can a lazybones pull this off? Subscribe to find out!
