Laytimetech

Laytimetech is the drag-and-drop laytime calculator and voyage account console.

Drop in the whole pack — charter party, recap, riders, sale contract, notices of readiness, statements of facts and bills of lading — as PDF, Word, Excel, a scan or a phone photo. Each paper is read and placed for you, and you get your laytime statement: laytime allowed, time used, and demurrage or despatch, with every hour traced back to the clause that made it count.

Every demurrage claim has two sides, so Laytimetech runs both — owner, FOB shipper, CIF receiver and owners' side, charter party and sale contract alike: CIF or FOB, on GAFTA or FOSFA forms or on your own terms, with the net position across them.

On this channel: short lessons on laytime and demurrage, walkthroughs of the app, and worked examples from real charter-party wording.

The calculator is free — no account, no card, no expiry: https://laytimetech.com
