Laurie Voigt - St. Thomas, Realtor

After 17 years in corporate, I traded New Jersey winters for St. Thomas water and never looked back.

I am a full time Realtor with Sea Glass Properties. I specialize in waterfront homes and beachfront condominiums around Sapphire Beach and the East End, and list and sell across the entire island. Mahogany Run, Cowpet, Anchorage, Botany Bay, Fortuna, and everywhere in between. I also sell on St. John, with over 60 fractional ownership weeks at Sunset Ridge Villas.

Buying here is different from anywhere else. I know the inventory, the closing process, and the questions you do not yet know to ask. My clients get straight answers and someone who treats their money like her own.

When I am not working a deal, you will find me snorkeling or out on the water, living the same island life I help my clients step into.

If the Virgin Islands are on your mind, let's talk. I would be glad to earn your trust and your business.
