Laura Bright Waves Hypnotherapy

Laura is a Solution Focused Hypnotherapist specialising in confidence, performance and mindset. Before qualifying, she spent over 20 years working in high-pressure environments as a TV presenter, voiceover artist and sports reporter, developing a fascination with what helps people perform at their best.
Today, she combines neuroscience, solution focused techniques and hypnosis to help clients build confidence, overcome mental barriers and perform under pressure. A former performer, crazed padel fanatic, golf wannabe and poker player (and long-suffering poker wife) herself, she's passionate about the mental side of performance.
Laura trained with CPHT and holds the HPD and DSFH qualifications. She is a registered member of the National Council for Hypnotherapy (NCH) and the Association for Solution Focused Hypnotherapy (AfSFH).
