Lao Gu Talks About Life

I’m Lao Gu. Having lived abroad for many years and journeyed through half a lifetime, I’ve created this space for us to sit down, brew a pot of hot tea, and have a relaxed conversation about life.

Life is about more than just the daily grind—it’s also about the community around us and finding peace, whether near or far. On this channel, I’ll share：

Wellness & Health: Tips for living in harmony with the seasons, including simple, practical daily dietary advice, healthy routines.

Life in Greater Vancouver: Focusing on Richmond and the Greater Vancouver area, I discuss everyday issues that matter to ordinary people—from local municipal elections and community safety to policy changes.

No empty rhetoric or grand, hollow talk—just honest, straightforward insights. With a cup of tea and some heartfelt words, I hope to accompany everyone who loves life, helping you live your days with more stability, better health, and greater comfort!
