LaRose Yoga with Summer LaRose

Welcome to my channel, the virtual yoga space for busy moms seeking short yoga classes to ease the mind and body.

Here, you'll find 15-minute morning yoga classes and 5-minute meditation classes designed to fit your busy schedule as a mom. Classes focus on slowing down, tapping into your inner self, and finding a moment of peace within your full mom life.

This space is your exhale, the place you come to counteract the busyness of motherhood, to ground and recenter so you can show up as your best self for your kids.

Scroll the yoga and meditation classes and playlists to finding something that fits your current needs. And don't forget to hit subscribe so you never miss a class. Thank you for practicing with me!
