Learning Resources Section DOE

The Learning Resources Section of The Bahamas' Department of Education has three units: Teachers Media Center, Distance Education and Multimedia. LRS provides curriculum support through the production of indigenous resources and teacher media training.

This channel is dedicated to providing content, created by education professionals that is indigenous to The Bahamas, inclusive and informative.  Our mission is to bridge the archipelago of learning by providing course content that is entertaining, intentional and instructional, reflecting the unique culture and creativity of The Bahamas.  We seek to highlight the excellence of our educators and students while creating a platform for them to be nurtured, flourish and shine.
