LIMESTONE Strategic Partners

LIMESTONE Strategic Partners is an Indiana diligence and operating partner firm based in Carmel. We run fixed-fee quality of earnings and operational due diligence for buyers and sellers of businesses earning roughly $500K to $5M of EBITDA, with a CPA and an operator on every engagement.

Owners who want the work to continue keep us on as their embedded CFO and operating partner. The CFO owns the numbers, from the monthly close to a weekly cash view. The operating partner drives the value plan and moves decisions off the owner, so the business runs without them and is worth more when it sells.

Ryan Anoskey, CPA, leads the numbers and has run more than 100 quality of earnings reviews, buy-side and sell-side. Jared Luegers, CFA, leads the operating work, from owner dependence to exit readiness.

The videos here walk through how that work gets done, from testing add-backs to preparing a business for sale.
