Lake Erie Watershed Protection Alliance

The Lake Erie Watershed Protection Alliance (LEWPA) is an alliance of three counties in western New York State working together to address water quality and water quantity issues in the Niagara River/ Lake Erie Watershed. The LEWPA Board of Directors includes a local government representative, a regional government representative, and a Soil & Water Conservation District representative from each of Cattaraugus, Chautauqua, and Erie counties.
