Laszlo Cser · Research in Conversation

Research in Conversation takes one piece of my work on leadership and thinks it through out loud — an accessible, two-voice conversation rather than a lecture.

The territory is judgement under pressure: how capable leaders and teams reach good decisions when the stakes are highest, why they sometimes lose access to the judgement they plainly possess, and what restores it. Across episodes that runs from the inner life of a leader to the workings of an executive team — decision-making, resilience, transition, derailment and the depth beneath behaviour.

It draws on two sides of my practice: executive-team and organisational advisory (vantarisconsulting.com), and depth-based individual leadership development (vantarisleader.com).

I am Laszlo Cser, an executive leadership adviser with twenty-seven years in senior HR and leadership roles across multinational organisations.
