L Autumn Co

Welcome to Intentionally Living with @lautumnco where I share my journey as a millennial mom balancing motherhood, self-care, and rediscovering who I am outside of it all. Through storytelling, I offer an authentic look into mental health, pursuing my master’s in clinical psychology, and navigating life as a high-achieving mom. Expect candid conversations about self-growth, overcoming challenges, and finding harmony between purpose and play. Join me as I explore the realities of mental wellness, self-discovery, and the fun, chaotic, beautiful moments of life. Let’s grow, heal, and thrive together!
