Overcoming trauma, life transitions, & hard seasons—one step at a time.
Welcome! I’m Kristy a 7x marathoner, authoring Run Out Of The Pain, & co-owner of Income Properties, Inc.
For years, many GenX women put their dreams, health, and identity on the shelf to raise families or navigate tough circumstances. Now, with grown kids, aging parents, major life shifts, or challenging career markets—like the world of real estate right now—it’s easy to feel lost and wonder: "Where do I even start finding myself again?"
You start by taking one intentional step. My mission is to give you short, daily motivation to conquer burnout, process stress, rebuild physical strength, and reclaim your purpose.
