Kristin Joyner is an Operating Partner, Georgia Qualifying Broker, & Relocation Director for Living Down South Realty and is responsible for compliance, coaching, recruitment, and overseeing all brokerage engagements and sales transactions for our firm. Living Down South is blessed to have Kristin on board applying her high level of competence and business acumen, community outreach, and thought leadership to all aspects of our organization.

When not Brokering, Kristin and her husband Raymond who currently live in Northeast, GA on Lake Hartwell can be found boating and relaxing on their dock listening to dock tunes, attending UGA Football games, or catching up with their grown kids Marilynn and Ray.
