Koro Arkadaş

Welcome to the official YouTube channel of Koro Arkadaş, a Turkish community choir based on Long Island, New York.

Koro Arkadaş brings people together through the joy of Turkish music, friendship, and community. Our name says it all: arkadaş means “friend” in Turkish, and friendship is at the heart of what we do. We believe singing together is about more than musical performance—it is about creating connections, celebrating our cultural heritage, and building a warm, welcoming, family-like community.

Our repertoire celebrates the rich diversity of Turkish music, from traditional and folk songs to Turkish classical and popular music. We welcome singers from all backgrounds and levels of musical experience.

On this channel, you’ll find concert performances, rehearsal highlights, Turkish music, cultural events, and moments from our community.
