Klick-Zen for Zendesk

Short how-to videos for Zendesk admins: add one-click action buttons to your Zendesk ticket emails, macros, and Help Center with Klick-Zen.

Customers click a button in the email, like “Yes it is resolved”, “Great”, or “Approve”, and the ticket updates itself: status, tags, comments, and custom fields. No login, no typing, no extra portal. Your existing Zendesk triggers and automations take it from there.
