Kira Ott Fiddle

Welcome! My name is Kira Ott and I'm an Irish style fiddle player and fiddle teacher based in Los Angeles, California. My love for traditional Irish music started back in the '90s, and it quickly took over my life in the best way. I learned as much as I could from local players, touring musicians willing to teach, and teachers at music festivals in Ireland when I could make it over there. I've been very lucky over the years to have gain bits of technique, tunes and stories from so many great sources. Everything I share is Irish fiddle related in some way. My goal is to bring all that I have learned together so others can share in this great music. Thank you for being here!
