Kind Ethos

Having a Kind Ethos means leaning into kindness from your core even when it is not easy. When corporate teams, leaders, young adults, athletes, and all humans interact with each other in this way, magic happens. The goal is to drive healthy collaboration in groups of any kind, which we believe is the basis for goal achievement and optimal team performance.

The Kind Ethos founder, Alicia Laszewski, is the creator of the Stop The Mobbing movement and playbook, a movement to name and suppress mobbing, the most prevalent and toxic form of bullying affecting the workplace, schools, teams and communities.

The Shit is that Deep podcast is hosted by Alicia with visiting cohosts including Ana Sofia Laszewski and Cariann Moore with guests from the corporate, mental health, academic and sports communities.
