Kim&Tim Team - Real Estate

Kim&Tim Team is a real estate team in Utah brokered with KW Westfield. Kim & Tim are husband and wife and Courtney is their daughter. We lived in Arizona most of our children's growing up years and moved back up to Utah in 2010. We are loving helping people find their next home that will be where memories are made and shared. Helping people sell their homes and move onto the next one is not always easy, because it is hard to let go of memories and attachment. You just always have to remember that you can create new ones! We are here to help during the stressful moments and with our knowledge, experience and expertise guide you through a seamless selling and purchasing experience. We are here not only to be the experts but we hope to build a lasting friendship and relationship with you and your family!
