I am Kim Pedrick, a Chartered Physiotherapist with over 25 years experience, an MSc in Sports Physiotherapy, post grad. in pelvic health. My focus is women's health through pregnancy, midlife and menopause. I also support men's pelvic health, including recovery after prostate surgery.
Expect classes and movement for the spine, core and pelvic floor, plus recovery after birth or surgery. Always evidence-informed.
