Alejandro Ramirez | UV-Activated Art

Watch sunlight bring art to life. I’m Alejandro Ramirez, the owner and graphic designer behind my UV-activated clothing and experiential art concepts.

Explore photochromic shirts, hoodies, and creative ideas through indoor-to-outdoor reveals, real sunlight demonstrations, design stories, and behind-the-scenes looks at the creative process. Photochromic inks respond to UV light, revealing color that changes as exposure changes.

I work with Elliott Graphics in Freeport, Illinois, where Josh Elliott oversees clothing production. I also explore QR code possibilities that connect wearable art to a company’s website, collection, or story.

Subscribe to follow the journey from a pale design indoors to color in sunlight—and see what I create next.

Artwork and concepts shown remain the property of their respective owners. Brand-inspired concepts, when shown, are independent proposals unless a collaboration is explicitly announced.
