The M.K. Khan project started in a small L.A. apartment on a scorching hot summer night in 2014. Seeking to recapture the visual aesthetic of Miami Vice, the romance of John Hughes films, and the heat of the tropics, I started composing music and creating art to share the retrowave vibes with like minded people.
