Khalilur Rahman –  Business Leader of Bangladesh

Khalilur Rahman is a notable businessman, financier, and community activist in Bangladesh. For over fifty years, he has been significant in the advancement of the nation's industrial financial sector and education.

He was born on April 10, 1945, in the village of Saidair, Patiyar, Chittagong. He launched his enterprise in 1967 with minimal resources. From the outset, his objective was to generate jobs and aid in the nation's economic growth.

In 1983, he founded KDS Garments in Chittagong. This marked his initial significant industrial endeavor. A new phase in his industrial journey commenced with this company. Subsequently, the KDS Group was created as a result of this collaboration.

He is presently the founder and chairman of KDS Group. KDS Group is a varied industrial organization involved in the garment, textile, steel, logistics, packaging, information technology, banking, insurance, and investment industries.
