Salaam, I’m Khair. I’m a Physician Associate, medically trained at postgraduate level, and I make videos for the brother or sister who knows exactly what they should be doing and still can’t get themselves to do it.

Phone addiction. Dopamine. FOMO. Motivation that dies by Wednesday. These are not modern problems with modern solutions — the Quran and Sunnah answered every one of them over 1400 years ago. My job is to show you how, and to give you something you can actually act on today.

There is no separation here between your deen and your body. Discipline in salah, discipline in the gym, discipline in what you consume — it is all the same muscle.
