Kevin Welch, CEO

Founder, CEO, and investor writing about payroll, HR, employment law, entrepreneurship, and how economic and policy changes affect real businesses.

I break down complex payroll rules, HR policies, and employment laws in plain English, without fluff, fear tactics, or corporate jargon, so business owners and employees can make better decisions.

Topics include:
	•	Payroll compliance and wage laws
	•	Overtime, deductions, and employee classification
	•	1099 contractors vs. W-2 employees
	•	Practical HR policies and labor trends
	•	The impact of AI, automation, and economic shifts on work

Millions have watched my short-form videos on TikTok. On Substack, I go deeper with long-form analysis, practical guidance, and grounded leadership insights for entrepreneurs, executives, HR professionals, and growing teams.

My goal is simple: clarity over noise, facts over hype, and real insight into the modern business landscape.
