I'm Kevin Downey. I run a recruiting firm built around a simple idea: everyone says they're good with AI, but almost nobody can show it. We recruit for the knowledge roles that now run on AI — marketing, HR, operations, finance — and every candidate works through a real task from the job using AI before a client ever meets them, reviewed the same way for everyone. We also offer that assessment on its own — AI/PCES, the AI Proficiency Candidate Evaluation System I created — for companies that would rather run it themselves.
