Making AI agents work, and worth trusting.

I am Kevin Hollingworth. For over twenty years I have led engineering in critical systems, covering aerospace, rail, medical devices, and NHS data.

This channel follows current news and research on AI agents, with a focus on real-world implications: changes in the landscape, capabilities that persist, actual costs, and critical questions to answer before relying on them. You will find material on evaluating AI agents, their reliability, expenses, and the management aspects of integrating agents into engineering teams.

Some ideas I try on my agents.

Engineering managers, heads of engineering, and CTOs are who this is aimed at. It also helps anyone building with agents who needs to know what is worth acting on.
