APO powered by Kepa Software

APO Powered by Kepa Software helps you make very complex yet informed business decisions.

Typical uses are selecting and prioritising investment alternatives, such as project portfolios, using any mix of any criteria the human mind can conceive. APO ranks alternatives in Relative Business Value order from highest to lowest.

Criteria can be and mix of tangible and intangible measured subjectively, objectively or as a hybrid.

APO can analyse your investment alternatives under an unlimited number of opinions of the importance of value measures and an unlimited number of opinions of the likely outcomes. APO can infer consensus between opinions and can identify bias, intended or unintended.

Using surveys and focus groups you could capture your customer's opinions, identify disparities, and identify where adjustment, negotiation, or "damage control" might need to be instigated.
