Sheila Ham - Author

I'm Sheila Ham, an author writing from my farm in South Carolina.

I write the Blue Meadow Springs series: sweet, clean Christian historical romance set in 1830s Tennessee. Faith, family, and love, with nothing you'd be embarrassed to read aloud. Heartache and Sunshine, Mountain Joy, and Threaded Hearts (coming December 4, 2026).

I also write Southern cookbooks: Sheila's Southern Low-Carb Kitchen, and Old-Fashioned Southern Cooking (out November 20, 2026), with Grandmother's favorites made for one or for the whole family.
