After graduating, Saito entered the restaurant industry and took over “Aqua,” the café restaurant where he previously worked as a student. In 2007, he incorporated the business and became CEO. Following years of hands-on business experience, he served as the driver, manager, and private secretary to prominent entrepreneur Takafumi Horie.

In March 2023, following the expulsion of former member “Gaasy,” he won a seat in the House of Councillors through automatic succession. He currently serves as a Member of the House of Councillors and sits on the Committee on Internal Affairs and Communications, focusing mainly on reforms related to NHK (Japan’s national broadcaster).

In November 2025, he left the political organization "The Party to Protect the People from NHK (NHK党)."
