Ken Howard, LCSW - Therapy & Coaching for Gay Men

I’m Ken Howard, LCSW, a licensed psychotherapist, Certified Sex Therapist (Sexual Health Alliance, 2021) and life, career, relationship, and sex coach with over 34 years of experience working with gay men.

This channel explores the psychological patterns shaping gay men’s relationships, sex lives, self-worth, aging, loneliness, body image, and life transitions.

Many gay men know what they want to change, but not why they keep repeating the same struggles. I help make those patterns visible so you can understand what's driving them, reclaim more agency, and build the life you want.

My approach is warm, direct, and grounded in decades of clinical work—not pop psychology or social media trends.

Topics include relationships, sexual confidence, erectile difficulties, open relationships, trauma, anxiety, professional success, friendship, aging, and meaning.
