Enjoy engaging and motivational cycle workouts with Time 2 Train Instructor Kelly Favret. On this channel, Kelly will motivate you to challenge yourself with her favorite tagline, "Gear it up!" and help you build a good base of cycling technique. While primarily being a rhythm-based instructor, Kelly will mix it up here and there to ensure each workout is a new experience while on the bike.  

Kelly was born, raised, and married into a military family, so she's from nowhere!  (But, currently resides in Yorktown, Virginia.). Kelly's passion is helping people become their best versions through fitness and wellness. She loves teaching workout classes to all levels (especially cycling!) – from beginners to advanced. She is a certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist / Personal Trainer / Group Fitness Instructor / Star 3 Certified Spinning Instructor with a Master's Degree specializing in Exercise Science.
