Getting older is mandatory. Becoming limited by it is optional.
This channel follows my paddle boarding adventures, fitness journey, outdoor exploration, and the activities that keep life interesting. From workouts, yoga, and meditation to massage therapy tips, firearms training, and everyday challenges, you'll find real experiences, practical lessons, and plenty of fun along the way.

Whether you're looking for motivation, new skills, outdoor inspiration, or simply enjoy watching someone try new things and share the journey, you're in the right place.

New videos are posted regularly, and many of the tools, guides, journals, and resources featured on this channel are available through my Etsy shop.

Subscribe and join the adventure—there's always another paddle, workout, challenge, or shenanigan waiting around the corner.
