Keith Livesay Attorney

Keith Livesay, Attorney is a Texas appellate lawyer and Counsel with Nelson Mullins, where he supports legal research, motion practice, and civil appeals. He is Board Certified in Civil Appellate Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization and is admitted to practice in Texas, the Texas Supreme Court, the U.S. Supreme Court, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit. His background includes service as a briefing attorney for the Fort Worth Court of Appeals, work in a Texas business law firm where he later led the appellate section, and appellate work within a personal injury firm before building a solo practice through the Livesay Law Office. 

Keith Livesay, Attorney has authored published legal articles, including work in the Baylor Law Review and the Texas Bar Journal, and has received recognition for pro bono work. Outside practice, his interests include classical music, historical research, and scheduled teaching in Christian apologetics at a local Bible institute.
