Keep On Your Feet - Swansea Foot & Ankle Clinic

This channel is an extension of my clinic Keep On Your Feet - a specialist foot and ankle clinic located in Swansea, UK.
I know that it can be hard to remember everything that is explained in consultations and as a result, this is a resource to help my patients - and the rest of the world - get out of pain and improve their foot health.

With 7+ years experience working in specialist podiatric facilities, I offer advanced treatments for foot and lower limb pain; from ingrown toe nail surgery to shockwave therapy and steroid injections but I also do the basics too.

Having lectured to podiatrists at conferences, on Sports & Exercise Medicine Masters programs and also being published in international journals, you can be reassured that the information on this channel will be accurate - although older videos may become outdated.
