Kayda Health is a Clinical Counselling & Therapy Clinic offering sessions with Registered Clinical Counsellors in Coquitlam, Port Moody, and Virtually to residents of BC, Canada. We help professionals, parents, couples & students (ages 5+) deal with stress,  burn out, anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, loss, and more answer, “What if it could be better?” - using evidence-based therapies such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing (EMDR), Clinical Hypnosis, Acceptance & Committment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT) to support clients towards a life that feels truly worth living . New clients are invited to book a free consult with one of our excellent clinicians. This channel will be used to highlight clinic offerings as well as talk about different therapy modalities or skills.
