Katherine Alpen Actor

Hi! My name is Katherine Alpen and I am a stage and screen actor  working across two continents. Think Glenn Close meets Kristin Wiig.

I was raised in Vancouver, Canada where I studied Musical Theatre and have since studied acting in the UK (MA Distinction) and worked across the UK and Germany.

I shine in:

- multi-rolling

- accents

- improv

- physical character comedy

- subtle dramatic work.

I LOVE to make people laugh and was nominated for a Leo award in 2022 for best actor in a feature.

Most recently, I appeared as Paula Strasberg in Marilyn at Upstairs and the Gatehouse and am currently producing a rom-com series called Engineering Love.
