KatWoman Hikes

What happens when you turn a crazy cat (Kat) lady loose in the mountains? Follow along to find out! I’m preparing to hike the Appalachian Trail in 2027 in honor of anyone who has ever been a survivor of domestic violence/SA in any form. I learned how to THRIVE after a lifetime of abuse… and you can, too! It’s not too late, you’re not too broken, and you are a beautiful human who is worthy!

Over the next year, I’ll be embarking on weekly hikes, ramping up my home exercise/DDPYoga routine, and aggressively saving every dime possible. Follow along for the epic adventure of a lifetime!

You can help support my hike by subscribing to this channel, or following along on FB (also KatWoman Hikes).
