Karla Cauldwell | Whole Life Healing

I am Karla Cauldwell, a nurse health coach with a master's in healthcare innovation. Healthcare is broken because we treat symptoms and react to emergencies instead of teaching prevention.

Published research shows 70 to over 90 percent of the most common chronic diseases are preventable through health behaviors. In my own surveys of clinical staff, they consistently report 90 to 95 percent of what they see in outpatient clinics is preventable.

This channel teaches healthcare staff and leaders the science-backed skill set to self-manage their own health, so they can role model it for the patients they serve and shift their organizations from reactive to preventative.

Teaching videos, podcast episodes, short clips, mindful movement, and communication skills for Whole Life Healing, all in one place.

I write from inside the work, not above it. I am a recovering fixer too.
