*Kaizen (改善): Japanese term meaning continuous improvement. FOCUS on making small, consistent changes for the better. *Gaman (我慢): Japanese concept of enduring difficult situations with patience & dignity. 
*Contrarian: A mindset that challenges the mainstream, thinking independently & creatively.
