KS Kreations

Wheat-free meals and real talk for women over 45.

I'm KS. Two years ago, I stopped eating wheat because my body doesn't process it. Here at KS Kreations, I show you what I eat instead and how I'm adapting my favorite foods.

You'll find everyday recipes, swaps for flour, pasta, and bread, and honest reviews of the substitutes I try. I share how they taste, how the texture turns out, and whether I'd use them again.
