Channel Z originated with DJ Ziba Z on the air at KUCI 88.9 FM in Irvine from 2000-2002, then transitioned to ZM Radio from 2003-2006, Extra Large Saturdays from 2006-2008 and back to ZM Radio 2009-2010. Ziba then took a stab at talk radio from 2010-2013 with Our Digital Future interviewing Librarians and Archivists from around the world.
