KD Hoops Journey

Welcome to KD Hoops Journey! 🏀

Follow KD, an 8-year-old baller, as he trains, competes, and improves every day. From drills to real games, this journey is all about hard work, learning, and chasing big basketball dreams.

KD started proper basketball training in November 2025. By March 2026, he made his school’s official basketball lineup and played his first league representing his school.

During the 2026 summer break, KD again represented his school in the Chairman’s Cup with his teammates. They may not have placed, but they gained experience and showed huge improvement.

Basketball runs in the family — KD’s dad was a Palarong Pambansa player and still actively plays today. KD loves watching his dad’s games and learning from him.

Fun fact: KD inherited being flat-footed from his dad, so his coach reminds him to run on his tiptoes. 😊

Still training. Still grinding. 🏀🔥
