Justin Clark Coaching

Hi - I'm Justin

Most leadership coaching focuses on what you do. I focus on who you are, and the systemic forces that shaped you.

I trained as a psychotherapist first. Working clinically, I see how often traditional professional development fails founders, leaders and executives from LGBTQ+ and minority backgrounds specifically. It rarely names minority stress, the low background hum of hyper-vigilance many of us carry, or the internalised narratives we bring into senior roles without noticing.

So I extended my clinical practice into psychologically and therapeutically informed executive coaching, to build a space where high-achieving professionals could do the real work without first having to explain their identity or justify their triggers.
