JUNAID KHAN MUSIC

I never planned to be an artist. I never wanted to put my life out there.
But somewhere between pain and silence, I found myself too close to the mic.
My name is Junaid Khan, and I’m from Meerut, India. I make music in urdu hiphop mainly — not because it sounds cool, but because that’s how I feel. I grew up listening to artists like Talha Anjum, Aleemrk, JJ47, and Jani — people who didn’t just rhyme, they said something. One line by Aleemrk changed everything for me:
“Never wanted to disclose my life… but I’m just too close to the mic.
”That’s when I knew — I had to say what I’d been holding in for years.
My debut track “Sitam” is the result.
It’s not perfect. It’s not polished. But it’s real.
It came from a place of waiting, hurting, and hoping.
And I know I’m not the only one who feels that way.
People call me a modern-day poet, but I don’t think of myself like that.
I’m just someone who writes what he can’t say out loud — and lets the beat carry the rest.
This is just the start.
