Julie Tupler RN, CPT, CCE

YOUR BULGING BELLY, OUTIE BELLY BUTTON, OR BACK PAIN IS NOT YOUR FAULT — and surgery is NOT your only option.

Most doctors, nurses, and physical therapists were never trained to check for or treat diastasis recti. You are not alone.

I'm Julie Tupler, RN, CPT, CCE —THE ONLY PROFESSIONAL TREATING DIASTASIS FOR OVER 30 YEARS. My Tupler Technique® is proven by Columbia University research to make diastasis smaller even during pregnancy. My own statistics with 372 clients show diastasis 55% smaller in just 6 weeks.

I've treated women during and after pregnancy, men, children, surgery patients, and people reversing umbilical hernias without surgery — and trained medical and fitness professionals around the world.
