Julie Lafleur | Making Room

I’m Julie Lafleur, a wellbeing practitioner passionate about making energy practices accessible, practical, and supportive in real life.

On this channel, you’ll find simple, body based energy techniques to support emotional balance, nervous system regulation, and everyday resilience. These practices blend ancient wisdom with modern understanding, giving you practical tools you can use anytime to calm stress, restore energy flow, and feel more grounded and steady.

Expect short techniques, gentle routines, and simple daily or evening practices you can return to whenever life feels busy, overwhelming, or out of sync.

This work is rooted in frameworks such as the Five Elements and energy systems from Traditional Chinese Medicine, alongside modern insights into the nervous system and emotional regulation.
