Mandi Joy

Most people think the hardest part of healing is knowing where to go.
For me, it was learning how to STAY.

After disappointment, loss, and grief, you find yourself in the middle of an adulthood that no one prepared you for.
Whether you did everything right or missed a lot of turns, you landed here here and I hope you find something; a tool, a reminder, or a bit of my story that keeps you going.

If life is trying to crack open your heart and story, you’re wanted here.

No fixing. No performing.
Just the slow, brave process of becoming the girl you always were, the woman you know you can be, and the person life is asking of you.
